This was a Christmas gift.
This book was very poorly written with not much valuable information about his life. Don't waste your money or time on this book.
This book appears to have been written by someone with very poor writing skills. The content is lackluster and uninteresting. Not too mention, the literary abilities of the author are amateur at best. Perhaps this is another attempt by a retired athlete to stay relevant. Being an avid reader, I find more inspiration from children's books. Definitely not worth $5, or 30 min of your time, in my humble opinion. As they say in football, this attempt at writing was a complete fumble. Cheers!
In today's world, it is GREAT to have a professional share his story as a means to help others. The value of Jay Foreman sharing his story will help the next generation, in addittion, The Foreman Foundation will bless many. Thank you
